Nscale Is Buying Anyscale for $1.65B to Move Up the AI Stack Before Its IPO
Nvidia-backed Nscale agreed to acquire Anyscale for about $1.65 billion, taking control of the software layer customers use to run AI workloads across GPU clusters. Nscale is eyeing an IPO later this year.
