SpaceX Raised $75B in the Largest IPO Ever, Then Spent $60B on Cursor in Five Days
SpaceX priced its IPO at $135 on June 11, the largest in history. Shares closed day one at $160.95. By June 16 Musk used the newly public stock as currency for a $60 billion all-stock acquisition of Cursor.
