Oracle Pays Up to 8.65% on $10 Billion of New Bonds and Sells $10 Billion of Stock
Oracle priced $10 billion of bonds on November 2 at coupons from 7.000% to 8.650% and is selling $10 billion of stock alongside them. It is paying about 2 to 2.5 percentage points more than Microsoft did four days earlier on the same maturities.
