arXiv Now Caps Authors at Two Submissions a Month as Volume Doubles
arXiv began limiting each submitter to two new papers per calendar month and three active submissions at once on October 1. September submissions reached 40,363, double the level two years earlier, and rejected papers count toward the limit.
