China Set a 2030 Compute Target of 9,800 Exaflops and Put $532B Behind It
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published its five-year plan for the information and communications industry, targeting 9,800 exaflops of intelligent computing capacity by 2030 against 2,185 reached by the end of June, with CNY 3.8 trillion in cumulative infrastructure investment.
